Your property receives ongoing oversight from your Client Success Manager, ensuring the highest level of quality control. Complimentary irrigation reviews are performed every other week to confirm spray coverage and soil moisture depth, with any replacement parts or installations billed separately.
During the winter season, Manchester residents benefit from priority snow plowing service with a five-minute lead time for immediate requests. All calls are answered within 20 seconds, and every snow event is logged for accountability. Shoveling, snow blowing, salting, and sanding are available as needed for complete winter coverage.

Preen is a pre-emergent weed control product used in landscape beds to help prevent weeds before they begin to grow. It is applied to reduce weed pressure, maintain a cleaner appearance, and minimize ongoing weed removal throughout the season.
Aeration is important because soil naturally becomes compacted over time, making it difficult for oxygen, water, and nutrients to reach the grass roots. By perforating the soil with small holes, aeration improves root access to what it needs to support stronger, healthier, and more resilient lawn growth.
Dethatching is a lawn care service that removes the excess layer of built-up dead grass and organic material from the lawn surface. This helps improve the flow of water, air, and nutrients to the root system, supporting a healthier, stronger, and more vigorous lawn. Dethatching is typically performed when thatch buildup becomes excessive and is best completed during the lawn’s active growing season, most commonly in early spring or early fall.
Weeding is performed on a weekly maintenance basis to maintain a clean and polished appearance throughout the property. Any excessive or deep-rooted weeding beyond standard upkeep will be categorized and billed under Seasonal Enhancements, ensuring the property receives the appropriate level of care based on seasonal conditions and growth activity.
Refresh depleted mulch areas with the client’s preferred color to retain soil moisture, suppress weeds, and enhance overall appearance.
Pea stone touch-ups are performed only in small, localized areas of need to maintain even surfaces and a consistent appearance. Larger or full-area replenishments will be categorized under Seasonal Enhancements when required.
Monthly inspection and adjustment of spray heads to ensure optimal coverage and performance efficiency.
Blow off driveways, walkways, patios, and other hard surfaces after each visit for a clean, finished presentation.
Seasonal shaping of shrubs and ornamental plants
Apply polymeric joint sand between pavers to stabilize surfaces, prevent weed growth, and enhance joint durability
Coordinated directly with our consulting arborist, Kyle Bartlett, to assess plant vitality, diagnose issues, and recommend targeted treatments as needed. Our crew will take judgment photos on site, upload them to CompanyCam, and tag Kyle Bartlett for review.

This service covers the removal of small, non-debris items that fit into a single 50-gallon container. Items must be placed outside and tagged in CompanyCam in advance for pickup documentation and approval.
Our crew will also perform light tidy and organize work in visible or outdoor-adjacent areas such as patios, garden sheds, garages, and pool houses.
Tasks may include straightening patio furniture cushions, removing small boxes, and organizing minor clutter to maintain a neat presentation.
Disposal fees cover the cost of hauling away and properly disposing of lawn and landscape materials generated during maintenance services, including thatch, clippings, debris, and plant material.
Truck fees cover the cost of transporting and delivering landscape materials used during service, including loam, mulch, plantings, and other necessary site materials.
Manos Landscaping proudly offers exclusive snow plowing services to Manchester residents only. Our team provides rapid response with an average five-minute lead time for immediate service requests. Clients receive 24/7 support access, with calls answered in under 20 seconds, ensuring seamless communication during weather events. This reflects the cost for snow removal services, billed for each 4-inch trigger of accumulated snowfall. The trigger depth and billing details are defined in Contract

This allows for prompt review and approval, ensuring that any necessary adjustments are made before leaving the facility.
What’s more, each mowing service generates a professional video report—meaning if you receive 28 mowings in a season, you'll have 28 detailed videos documenting the experience. These videos cover crucial aspects such as weather conditions, any incidents that arise, and interactions with clients, offering you complete transparency and peace of mind.
